There is a controversy surrounding a video of Mac Jones, the quarterback of the New England Patriots, and Sauce Gardner, the cornerback of the New York Jets.
The video shows Jones walking past Gardner after a play and Gardner shoving Jones away.
Gardner claimed that Jones intentionally hit him in his “private parts” and posted a blurry video on social media as evidence.
Jones denied any malice and said he was just trying to get the first down on a quarterback sneak. Some former players, such as Chris Long, have called Jones one of the “top-5 dirtiest” QBs of all time and accused him of similar cheap shots in the past. The NFL is reportedly investigating the incident.
